Heavy shelf features:
1. Heavy shelves are suitable for various industries with low cost, safety and reliability, simple assembly and disassembly, and can be used alone or in the form of main and auxiliary shelves.
2. The pillars of heavy-duty shelves are made of bolts composed of pillars, cross-braces and diagonal braces; the pillars are connected with P-shaped closed beams to form shelves, which are fixed by safety pins and have simple and reliable structure; and the steel plate layers are placed on the beams to form shelves as a whole. Each layer can adjust up and down 75 mm freely.
3. Heavy-duty shelves can be related to the size of beams. The thickness of laminates and the number of reinforcing bars determine the load requirements of the layers. Under the conditions of relative length and maximum load of the layers, the load requirements can reach 2500 kg/layer and material selection requirements.
4. Under normal circumstances, the height of the pillars is not more than 12 meters, and the attic shelves can be built on the shelves.
